Blog of the Grateful Bear

ramblings of a freelance panentheist {"all things are in God, and God is in all things"} . . . musings on Emergent spirituality, powerlifting, LGBTQueer issues, contemplative prayer, mysticism, cats, music, healing, and more. I like my coffee and my existentialism dark-roasted.

Healing Continues

My dad has been moved from the Critical Care Unit into a regular hospital room, at Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton, GA. He is now able to breathe on his own. Thank you for keeping him in your prayers!

I'm grateful as well for your Dad's healing. May that turtle keep on truckin' on down that road to stronger, happier, healthier, more joyful times! :)

Darrell, I'm late to all this, but sorry to hear this is going on. I'll hold you and your father in thought and prayer.

Darrell-

I'm just now reading all your blog posts... sorry I have not seen them (or anything you've posted on Facebook) until now.

Many prayers and much love to your dad and your family. May he continue to steadily improve and heal. We're all lifting him up in love and light.

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad's problems, but happy to hear things are getting better. I recently visited my parents and was really struck by realizing that they're so... mortal. So, I think I know the feeling.

My prayers continue for you and your Dad.
