Blogger Blues
The lesson: Don’t switch to Blogger Beta! The bugs are definitely not worked out yet.
Update: Blogger has now restored Tommy’s original blog. Check it out: isaiah knows nothing.

ramblings of a freelance panentheist {"all things are in God, and God is in all things"} . . . musings on Emergent spirituality, powerlifting, LGBTQueer issues, contemplative prayer, mysticism, cats, music, healing, and more. I like my coffee and my existentialism dark-roasted.

I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), in private practice in Marietta, Georgia. I'm an Episcopagan who is involved in the Emergent Christian conversation. My writings on queer spirituality have been published in Whosoever and several other magazines. I live in a house-in-the-woods (Bear's Hermitage) in Marietta with Leonidas (Lenny) and Guy, Mighty Warrior Cats, and way too many books.

Thanks Darrell, I have been tempted to give the new beta a try, but so far have been too lazy to switch over. See, sometimes being no-account has its advatages :)
peace

True. I made the switch and there were major problems. Most see to have been worked out sense, however. But ended up over at Vox in the meanwhile.
Lot's of errors on the first take. Take two....

I switched to beta, and haven't had any problems...
I've had problems, but that's ok... I forgive blogger... in fact, I'm kind of a big Google fan - really like their layouts and way they do things (though many others don't). Their new calendar program is great and I think this new blogger will be great once they get the bugs worked out!
I almost switched when I was posting my latest blog, but then got lazy. I'm glad I didn't. I'm sure at some point, they'll force the issue, but by then I hope they have the bugs Raided. Until then, I'm grateful to the Grateful Bear for the heads up.

Thanks, GB.
I was thinking about switching, but was also a bit put off by the new beta. I was also a google fan in the beginning, but now it seems (in the last few months) to be on another agenda.
My searches have lost that initial power that they seemed to have a while back; everything seems to be a tad 'watered down' at this point.
I just can't put my finger on it, but it's a little scary...
Thanks for the 'heads-up'.
Peace,
=RD=
I got my invite to upgrade this morning and switched right over without problems, fwiw.
