Blog of the Grateful Bear

ramblings of a freelance panentheist {"all things are in God, and God is in all things"} . . . musings on Emergent spirituality, powerlifting, LGBTQueer issues, contemplative prayer, mysticism, cats, music, healing, and more. I like my coffee and my existentialism dark-roasted.

Hey Darrell--I found the website for Gay Spirit Visions and some of their newsletters archived there. Can you tell us which issue it was originally published in?

Darrell,
I'm a pal of Neil's here in Houston. Nice blog.

We can never have enough Earth Mystics and Creation Spirituality folks, I say!

Quite the go-getter, you are... hate we missed each other in Atlanta this past weekend. Perhaps we'll meet soon.

How was Asheville? I gave my son the choice of Asheville (well, Hot Springs" or Atlanta and he chose Hotlanta!

See you when you come to Tybee.

Neil (and anyone else interested): You can read my article "No Longer Judge: Jesus as Healer" by going to this page on the Gay Spirit Visions site:

Click on "Winter 2005" to download the Visionary as a pdf file. My article starts on page 5.

Siren, I look forward to exploring your blog. I agree wholeheartedly: we can never have enough earth mystics! Have you seen my friend Carl's blog, "Earth Mystic"? It's at http://earthmystic.squarespace.com/earthmystic/

Isaiah/Tommy, as soon as I get a trip to Tybee Island planned, I'll let you know. Maybe we can meet at Cafe Loco for their great crabcakes!
