The Lamp of the Divine Light

ramblings of a freelance panentheist {"all things are in God, and God is in all things"} . . . musings on Emergent spirituality, powerlifting, LGBTQueer issues, contemplative prayer, mysticism, cats, music, healing, and more. I like my coffee and my existentialism dark-roasted.

I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), in private practice in Marietta, Georgia. I'm an Episcopagan who is involved in the Emergent Christian conversation. My writings on queer spirituality have been published in Whosoever and several other magazines. I live in a house-in-the-woods (Bear's Hermitage) in Marietta with Leonidas (Lenny) and Guy, Mighty Warrior Cats, and way too many books.

Darrell,
I completely missed your blog URL when you posted to me. Congratulations, and welcome to the blogosphere. Your posts are great--so intelligent and insightful. It sounds like the Sufis have a lot written about theosis/fana. I look forward to learning more from you.
Also, I like the way you kept it simple, with links between your blog and WildFaith. I'm STILL working on integrating my site and blog. Ugh!
Blessings!
What an incredible poem! Thank you ... I had never seen this before! Incredible! Oneness, Oneness, Oneness!
